CreteStay is a property listing directory platform that connects travelers with property owners in Crete, Greece. We provide:

A platform for property owners to list their accommodations
A searchable directory for travelers to discover properties
Tools for communication between property owners and potential guests

Important: CreteStay is NOT a booking platform. We do not process bookings, collect payments, or facilitate transactions between property owners and guests. All bookings are conducted through third-party platforms or directly with property owners.

3. User Accounts

Registration

To list properties, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update your information as necessary.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Property Listings

Listing Requirements

Property owners agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information about properties
Use only photos of the actual property being listed
Maintain up-to-date pricing and availability information
Provide valid booking links or contact information
Comply with all local laws and regulations

Prohibited Content

Listings must not contain:

False, misleading, or deceptive information
Copyrighted material without permission
Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
Links to illegal or fraudulent websites

Listing Approval

All listings are subject to review and approval by CreteStay. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or suspend any listing that violates these terms.

5. Subscription Plans

CreteStay offers free and paid subscription plans for property owners:

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Refunds are not provided for partial months
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Scrape, copy, or misuse our content without permission
Harass, threaten, or harm other users
Post spam or unsolicited advertisements

7. Intellectual Property

The CreteStay platform, including its design, code, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by CreteStay and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant us a license to display it on our platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, availability of properties, or the conduct of property owners or guests. We are not responsible for any transactions, disputes, or damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

CreteStay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreteStay from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your listings, or your violation of these terms.

11. Third-Party Services

Our platform may link to third-party booking platforms, payment processors, or other services. We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or conduct of these third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Greece.
